Return Policy

Return policies vary from dealer to dealer. Please check with your dealer for details.

If you purchased your Ergonomic Cafe item from us, you may return for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned items must arrive in "as new" condition with original packaging materials intact and unaltered.

We do not refund shipping charges. We reimburse shipping charges only in cases of our error or product defect. If your original purchase included "free shipping", the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund upon return of the product.

Ergonomic Cafe products are manufactured in the UK and distributed in the USA by Health By Design.

U-Desking Solutions are part of the Ergonomic Cafe product line.
