Health By Design Warranty

Standard use

For standard use, Health by Design warrants to the original purchaser that its furniture products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years, and its health and comfort products for 1 year. Normal wear or abuse of fabrics is not covered. This warranty is void if the product has been defaced, changed, or tampered with or improperly used or installed or if the claim arises from damage or loss during shipment. All other warranties express or implied, whether arising by virtue of statue or otherwise are excluded.

Warranty for 24-hour use

For continuous 24-hour use, for example multi-shift applications, Health by Design warrants to the original purchaser that its furniture products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years. Normal wear of fabrics is not covered.

Procedure for warranty service

Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the goods at our option. Most items can be replaced in the field by the customer. For warranty issues please call our Customer Service Department at 888-909-3746 (ERGO) toll-free or (415) 883-4550. Our Customer Service representatives will order replacement parts and/or issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) for items to be shipped back to the factory. We will not accept returned items without an RA number.
