Return Policy

Bambach Saddle Seat returns are subject to a $35 per month rental fee or a 20% restocking charge, whichever is greater. Remember to build up your time in the saddle seat gradually. If you've been sitting poorly for many years it may take some time getting used to this new and healthier way of sitting.

Returns of other items must be within 30 days of receipt.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used sheepskin or leather products.

We do not refund shipping charges. We reimburse return shipping charges only in cases of our error or product defect.
