The Morgan Leather Traction Harness

The Morgan Leather Traction Harness is a versatile therapeutic device that permits a range of lumbar traction applications, including:

- Traditional mechanical traction
- Heavy manual or pulley traction
- Body weight suspension traction
- Unloading exercise

The Morgan Traction Harness handles single or double pull lumbar traction in forces up to 300 pounds in prone, supine, or vertical positions. Used as a thoracic harness, it contours around the rib cage to minimize pressure to the chest area. Used as a pelvic harness, it molds comfortably around the upper hips.

NOTE: We do not recommend that patients or laypeople order and use the Morgan Traction Harness unless expressly directed to do so by their doctor or therapist. Further, no one should use this equipment without proper clinical training.

The Morgan Traction Harness is handcrafted of leather and lined with breathable, natural lambs' wool, to resist soiling and perspiration.

Optional extension straps allow greater flexibility for manual traction techniques and attachment to pulley weights. The straps can also be used with an overhead suspension bar.

The heavy duty spreader bar allows double-pull attachment to single pulley systems. The spreader bar is engineered for up to 500 pounds of pull.
