Return Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for products returned within 30-days in new condition with original, unopened packaging. Products returned after 30-days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• We cannot accept returns on used acrylic, sheepskin or leather products.



• We cannot accept returns of special order or custom order products.



• We DO accept returns of Bambach Saddle Seats after trial use. You can try a Bambach Saddle Seat as long as you like. If returned, we refund your purchase less a $35 per month rental fee or a 20% restocking charge, whichever is greater. Remember to build up your time in the saddle seat gradually. If you've been sitting poorly for many years it may take some time getting used to this new and healthier way of sitting.



• We do not refund shipping charges. We reimburse return shipping charges only in cases of our error or product defect. Products with "shipping included" will still have shipping charges deducted from your refund.
